Pay Rates
Cumberland Area Clients:
CNA: $16.00/hour
PCA: $15.00/hour
Garrett County Clients (Oakland & surrounding areas):
CNA: $17.00+/hour
PCA: $16.00+/hour
Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver / CNA / PCA, you will support seniors with:
Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Companionship and conversation
Mobility and ambulation support
Medication reminders
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Transportation for errands or appointments
Maintaining a safe and positive home environment
Caregiver Qualifications
We welcome both new and experienced caregivers. Prior experience as a CNA, PCA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide is a plus.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of caregiving experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
CPR Certification preferred
Compassionate, professional, and reliable attitude
